Brazilian Beauty is a premium Australian franchise brand offering expert traditional and technology-based beauty treatments resulting in clients looking and feeling gorgeous. Phil Larsen is chief marketing officer at Halfbrick, and a lifelong gamer. Through this commitment to creating the very best games for the hottest online markets, he has driven Aussie studio Halfbrick to international recognition with more than 800 million downloads worldwide.

He served as a judge for the ACMI Screen It festival and Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences awards in Las Vegas — Halfbrick having won the award for Best Casual Game the previous year. He has also spoken on game development and marketing at many conferences around the world including GDC, TechCrunch, ChinaJoy, and Mobile Games Forum in London, and served as a member of the G20 Mobile Leader Summit in Beijing. When he's not doing all that stuff, he tries to play more video games, catch up on fishing and eat delicious food. That's precisely when he has time to think of ideas, gain inspiration and form strategies for making games successful in an incredibly competitive industry.

Julieanne Alroe — Brisbane Airport Corporation

Julieanne Alroe has been at the helm of Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) since 1 July 2009. With more than 30 years' in the aviation industry, she is one of only a handful of women in the world to run a privatised airport. In addition to this role, Julieanne currently holds board positions with Brisbane Airport Corporation Pty Limited, Australia TradeCoast, Tourism and Events Queensland, Urban Futures Brisbane and the Queensland Theatre Company. She is also the chapter chair of Creative Partnerships Australia and a member of the Council of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce Qld and is a Queensland State Advisory Council Member for the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA).

As CEO and managing director, she oversees BAC's four primary business units: aeronautical, retail, property and car parking. In FY13, more than 21.8 million passengers used Brisbane Airport on more than 210,000 aircraft movements, earning aeronautical revenues of more than $200 million and total revenue for BAC in excess of $520 million. She also manages a lease area of 2700ha, the largest site of any major capital city airport. About 500ha of this is earmarked for commercial development.

Associate Professor Dimity Dornan AO — Hear and Say Centres for Deaf Children

Dimity Dornan AM is a speech pathologist with more than 45 years of experience, and the founder and executive director of Hear and Say, which enables deaf children to listen and speak. Today, Hear and Say provides services for nearly 600 children and families.

Dimity has been awarded a Churchill Fellowship (1992), a Member of the Order of Australia (1998) and a Fellow of Speech Pathology Australia (1999). She has also received the Australian Medical Association (AMA) Award of Distinction for Services to Medicine (1999); Australian of the Year for Queensland (2003); Ernst & Young Australian Social Entrepreneur of the Year (2005); Suncorp Queenslander of the Year (2010); University of Queensland Alumni of the Year (2011) and the Telstra Business Women's Awards Business Woman of the Year for Queensland and White Pages Community and Government Award (2011).

Dimity gained her PhD in 2011 from The University of Queensland. In the same year she received an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) from the University of Southern Queensland and was appointed Adjunct Associate Professor of the University of Queensland, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.

She has also initiated and developed the Ling Consortium, an international consortium of professionals developing and delivering globally recognised, university-based courses on listening and spoken language for children with hearing loss. (2012)

Dimity Dornan is the immediate past chair of First Voice, the national voice for member organisations whose primary focus is the provision of listening and spoken language services in Australia, and is chair of the Professional Education and Training Committee of the Coalition for Global Hearing Health. She is on the advisory board of Leichardt Training, on the board of the Ken Fletcher Foundation and also on the Hear and Say board.

Dimity was named a Queensland Great in 2013, and in January 2014 was made an Officer of the Order of Australia.
