Brisbane offers several industrial precincts for business to consider, each with its distinct characteristics and advantages. Tenant demand in Brisbane is strong for prime warehouse and distribution centres. However, this has not resulted in rental growth as competition among landlords is robust, keeping rent stable at this stage. 

As it stands, vacancy is slightly higher for secondary facilities. Although net face rent continues to remain stable, some areas have seen increased tenant incentives to compete with vacant properties and to secure quality tenants.
