International Students working in Brisbane

Temporary Graduate Visa

The Temporary Graduate visa is an 18-month temporary visa that allows international students, who have obtained an Australian qualification in Australia as a result of at least two years study, to extend their stay.

This visa gives students the opportunity to live, travel, work and study in Australia temporarily after they have finished studies. They may also be able to include their spouse, dependent children and other dependent relatives in their application providing they meet health and character requirements.

Before applying, ensure you read through the visa requirements and have a valid passport.

Students are only able to access the Temporary Graduate visa once.

For visa fees and charges, visit the Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection website.
