Brisbane is a thriving Australian city with an innovation-led economy and an enviable lifestyle. The capital city of Queensland, Brisbane is a subtropical paradise, boasting blue-sky winters, and beautiful sun-soaked summers.

The city’s heart is as warm and welcoming as its weather. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year, Brisbane is the perfect location for visitors to enjoy a range of activities – sport, picnics in parks, bushwalking, water sports, or experience world-class dining and hospitality venues that span the city. Or visitors can head out to the globally significant wetlands of Moreton Bay and feed wild dolphins at Tangalooma or travel inland to the rich biodiversity of the World Heritage-listed Gondwana Rainforest, all of which is in Brisbane’s backyard.

Brisbane has a progressive business and economic environment where technology-driven start-ups meet domestic and international businesses either expanding or relocating into the Australian market. We are the city that brought you the production company behind internationally regarded kids’ show Bluey, global art manufacturers UAP, rapid COVID-19 home-testing kit company Ellume, and the researchers who devised the Gardasil vaccine to prevent the virus that causes most cervical cancers. Brisbane is also a centre for global METS sector, (mining equipment, technology, and services) and the emerging property technology industry.

Lifestyle. Optimism. Sophistication. That’s why Brisbane is the city of opportunity.
